Because our catalog features a mix of unique, small-batch goods, processing timelines vary by item type:
- Handmade & Lab Collections: Items created locally by Rocket Hulsey in our New Orleans lab are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Personalized Gifts & Made-to-Order Apparel: Custom-printed graphics, home accessories, and stylized apparel lines require extra care. Please allow 3–5 business days for these items to be printed, packaged, and verified before shipment.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated in real-time and displayed clearly at checkout.
We offer standard delivery windows across the United States. Estimated delivery dates depend entirely on USPS carrier transit schedules. A tracking number will be emailed to you the moment your package leaves our dock so you can watch its arrival.
3. Package Condition & Delivery Acceptance
We take absolute pride in packing your items safely to withstand the journey.
- Please ensure that you accept or collect an undamaged package from your parcel delivery driver.
- If you accept a visibly opened, crushed, or heavily compromised package from the carrier, it limits our ability to file a claim with the mail service and may impact your eligibility for a direct transit refund. If your items arrive damaged inside, take photos immediately and contact our team.
