For products requiring custom names, text, or monograms (such as custom satin pillowcases or personalized notebooks):
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all personalized text, spelling, and customization choices before finalizing your order at checkout.
- No Modifications: Because personalized items enter production swiftly, we cannot guarantee alterations to text fields once an order is submitted. We are not liable for production errors caused by typos or misspelled names submitted by the buyer.
